Plaintiff arrived at the grocery store to pick up a cup of coffee. As Plaintiff entered into the store, Plaintiff stepped onto a puddle of clear liquid (presumably water), slipped, and fell awkwardly to the floor. Video cameras in the store uncovered that the overnight cleaner left the cleaning liquid on the floor while mopping creating the hazardous condition.
