Premises Liability Lawyer Wins $450K for Bar Assault Victim

Plaintiff was a patron at a bar where he was served drinks by the bartender throughout the night. At one point, the patron, who had been glaring at Plaintiff, approached Plaintiff and slapped him in the back of the head. That patron was asked to leave the bar due to his intoxicated state. He later returned and the bartender resumed serving him drinks. As Plaintiff was preparing to leave, he went to the restroom. The intoxicated patron followed behind Plaintiff and assaulted him in a hallway, pushing Plaintiff down a flight of stairs. The assault on Plaintiff caused him to suffer severe injuries.
