It is hard to believe, but there are many claims from Hurricane Ike that still have not been resolved. Ike, the 3rd-costliest storm in the United States made landfall near Galveston, Texas as a Category 2 storm back on September 13th, 2008.

The Weather Service International forecasters are predicting an active 2011 Atlantic Hurricane Season, they expect 15 named storms, eight of which are thought to become hurricanes. Of those eight storms, four are expected to develop into major hurricanes of a Category 3 or higher. The season is June 1st until November 30th.
