Our clients’ vehicle was forcefully hit by a food delivery driver who failed to yield to oncoming traffic when making a turn. The impact caused our clients’ car to flip upside down, and for them both to suffer traumatic, long-term injuries.

After opening the entrance door to a store, our client tripped on an unsecured rug and fell onto the floor. As a result, she suffered serious injuries to her knee and ribs.

Without any training, supervision, or inspection to ensure his vehicle was in good working condition, our client was tasked with driving a cement mixing truck in El Paso. His vehicle became unable to brake due to faulty equipment, forcing him to enter an intersection as other vehicles were crossing. Despite his attempts to warn oncoming traffic, our client collided with a tractor-trailer passing through, causing his cement truck to roll over and impact other vehicles as well. Our client lost his life as a result of the negligent maintenance, inspection, and allowance of use of the vehicle and left his loved ones to suffer serious damages, as well.

As our client performed electrical work during the construction of a hotel in El Paso, some unsecured sheet rock that was propped up against a wall fell on our client’s leg and broke it in several areas.

Gross Negligence. Our client lost control of a tractor-trailer that was not properly maintained nor fit to operate on the road prior to the incident and working beyond the allowable hours of service. In his attempt to maneuver, the tractor-trailer veered off the road and flipped, ejecting our client out of the truck. Due to the incident, our client lost his life and caused his loved ones to suffer serious damages, as well.

While was parked on the shoulder of a highway in his tractor trailer, our client was struck by the driver of an 18-wheeler who swerved into his lane when looking down to grab his drink. The collision caused the tractors to catch on fire and our client to suffer severe, incapacitating injuries.

While on his way to work one morning, our client was rear-ended on the highway by a large office supply truck. As a result of the collision, our client’s spine was seriously injured, requiring surgical intervention.

In the process of replacing a window on the exterior of a building under construction, our client fell from the unstable lift basket that had raised him up to the second story and landed on the concrete ground. As a result, our client suffered serious, long-term injuries to several areas of his body.

While performing his duties as a landscaper on an esplanade near a highway, a driver suddenly lost control of his vehicle and swerved onto the esplanade. The driver struck our client at a high rate of speed, causing him to lose his life and his loved ones to suffer intense mental and emotional anguish
