Tragic Ending for HSLR

Unfortunately, this year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo came to a tragic end for one person.

As the story in today’s Houston Chronicle explains, http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/7483819.html

A 46 year old man fell to his death from one of the carnivals roller coasters. My condolences go out too his family. I am sure this family has awaken today too what must seem like a night mare. What comes to my mind is how could this have happened? Was the ride properly and regularly inspected? Did the ride operators know what they were doing? These are questions that should be answered as this family starts to seek the closure they will surely need in the months to come. The León Law Firm, P.C. has handled many amusement park accidents. Our firm is prepared to promptly investigate and prosecute this type of case. Have fun BUT Be Safe!!
